all orders at SANA are not subjected  to any exchange or replacement.

If you have any issues with the product, you can contact us and get the issues resolved.

In the event of receiving a defective product and seeking an exchange or refund, it is imperative to contact us either on the same day of receipt or the following day. Additionally, a video proof of the unwrapping process, showcasing the condition of the order upon arrival, is mandatory. Refund and exchange requests that do not adhere to this requirement will not be entertained.

All products at Sana are not subjected to any refund!

So, strictly no refund after you make the payment!

If you have any issues with the product, you can contact us and get the issues resolved.

If there is any unforeseen issues in the product! there will be a refund! Processing refund may take up to 5 - 7 Business Days

Cancellation Process!
Once the payment is done! No cancellation will be accepted!

But during unforeseen situations the cancellation can be done!

You have to mail us the reason for cancellation with necessary proofs to sanabysujikannan@gmail.com 
You will receive a reply mail in 2 business days is your cancellation has valid reason or not!
if it is valid your order will be cancelled and refund will be issued as per refund policy!
